Not all home remodels require significant structural modifications. Much can be accomplished with a fresh look.

This Rio Verde, Arizona home was redesigned to create extensive outdoor living space and to upgrade the interior décor. To accomplish this the clients enlisted the help of Annette Grover, of Bella Art Décor, for stained glass windows, faux finishes and other interior design elements; Tom Runkel, of TK’s Creative Concepts, for all masonry and tile work; and Chris Martelly, of French Accent Landscaping for landscape design and installation.

The kitchen was dramatically recreated through a change in flooring, countertops, back-splash, appliances and plumbing fixtures. The existing cabinets were simply refinished. Other rooms received new flooring, paint and interior design.

All of this resulted in an expansion of over 3,000sf of living area, which blended interior and exterior elements.

The clients are thrilled with their “new home“.
