1. Project Analysis – After initial contact, our team will assign you a project consultant. At this time, we’ll also discuss a Project Analysis and Design Agreement and conduct the necessary research for your remodel.

2. Pre-build and Permitting Phase – As a full-service home remodeling company, we want your remodel to be as smooth as possible. That’s why we’re with you every step of the way during the permitting phase. First, we’ll flesh out the scope of the work and generate the necessary construction documents. Then we’ll begin permit approval. This can take some time, so we’ll continue to meet with you to discuss design details and to prepare your home.

3. Building – We start with a pre-construction meeting to determine the project start date. During this meeting, we’ll also set a weekly project meeting date and time. The punch-list contains the items that you feel we need to address before the project finishes. If there is any incomplete or unsatisfactory work, we will document it on the Project Closeout or Specialty Closeout forms. We will address these incomplete tasks within our agreed-upon timeframe.
