Trade Opportunities

Legacy prefers to maintain three trades or vendors in every category, helping to create competitive pricing for clients, while spreading the workload over multiple companies.

If you’re interested in becoming a qualified Legacy trade or vendor, please contact our Production Administrator, Tom Ross (TradeOpp@LegacyAZ.com) to introduce yourself and your company. If we’re accepting new trades in your category, we’ll provide you with our prequalification package.

This package contains:

• Questionnaire concerning company name and owners; contact information; license number(s); references; insurance and bond information.

• Subcontract agreement.

• Safety agreement.

• Outline of Legacy’s invoice payment process.

• Request for copies of contractor’s license(s).

• Request for insurance certificates (general liability, auto & worker’s compensation).

Once you have completed the questionnaire and obtained the appropriate documentation, please forward them to Tom for his review. Tom will notify you of your approval or disapproval. If approved, he will contact you as opportunities in your category arise.

On the other hand, should we already have three qualified trades in your category; we’ll keep your information on file and contact you should circumstances change. We review our trade and vendor relationships on a regular basis.
