Dear Mike,

Bev and I have been very pleased with the process and the end result of our complete remodel….It was not a small job: The house was gutted down to the weight-bearing studs. Walls were pushed out in the kitchen and master bedroom. Pipes below the slab were replaced. New plumbing and electrical were installed throughout. New and additional windows and doors were installed. Heating and air conditioning were replaced. All roofs replaced, and real hardwood floors put down throughout, new kitchen and bathrooms, etc.

Legacy designed the project according to our specifications….Close and effective communication was maintained…. at every step along the way. Legacy was understanding and flexible….
