Andrew Forman

Andrew Forman

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Andrew learned from a very early age how to appreciate and capture the inherent beauty of any environment. Originating from a family of architects and design enthusiasts, Andrew cites his late uncle as his greatest mentor.  Says Andrew, "As an architect, my uncle was motivated by achieving an enriched quality of life through passion for what you do, who you surround yourself with and your natural environment."

These influences were not lost on Andrew, who moved to Hawaii to attend the University of Hawaii, obtaining a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Architecture.  After school, he worked as a project manager and designer in a comprehensive architectural firm, where he ultimately focused on residential design and sustainability. After ten years, he and his partner, Shawna, decided to explore America's Southwest, choosing Scottsdale as their new home to raise a family, explore, design and build.

As a Project Consultant at Legacy Design Build Remodeling, Andrew is well qualified to lead and partner with clients, offering his well-honed sense of creative solutions to a variety of home renovations. The results are both innovative and intuitive, a testament to talent and teamwork.

Greg Dumka

Greg Dumka

Greg Dumka may well be one of the most thoughtful remodelers you’ll happen to meet. That is to say, by his very nature he endeavors to become acquainted with clients on a more personal level and to comprehend a family’s needs. He listens carefully to the description of their remodeling “vision” and helps them create the optimal solution. This personalized approach, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail, has elicited such compliments as, “that’s exactly what we pictured”.

A native of the Detroit-metro area, Greg began his construction career in 1991 by establishing Cambridge Construction, a residential remodeling company that specialized in whole-house remodels and custom homes.  His hands-on approach and high standards for quality enabled him to “…work from one house to the next through entire neighborhoods”. However, Michigan winters were providing an increasingly greater motivation to relocate to a warmer climate.

Accordingly, after a family vacation in 2003 Greg and his wife, Lisa, decided to bring their two children to the Valley of the Sun; which they did the following year. The family enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities; Greg and his son practice martial arts.

Brian Young

Brian Young

It might be said that Brian Young is a jack-of-all-trades.  An Ohio native, he obtained an Associates Degree with honors in mechanical engineering before graduating with a BSBA in Marketing from Ohio State University -- all while working in remodeling sales. He's been a corporate sales consultant; he's worked in the mortgage industry; and in 2004, he moved to the Phoenix area to continue his career in remodeling.

Brian thrives on the design process, attributing this exact, yet creative talent to his grandmother, an art teacher, and to his father, a former US Navy officer and pilot.  He is an accomplished designer, having designed hundreds of very successful remodeling projects -- many of which have been award-winning.  Whether it is a remodel of an existing space or a completely new addition, Brian enjoys helping Arizona homeowners realize their remodeling dreams.

In 2011 Brian was the only remodeling designer in the country to receive two Green Project recognitions from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). During the same year, he also received both local and regional NARI Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards for recently completed projects. In addition, one of those projects garnered Brian an Honorable Mention from the Master Design Awards presented by Qualified Remodeler magazine.

Brian is also a past National Representative, Vice-President and Chairman of the Ethics Committee for NARI of Greater Phoenix.

Brian resides in Peoria with his wife, Jill, as well as his son, Keegan and newborn daughter, Kherington.  When he is not spending his free time with family, Brian enjoys playing golf and volleyball.
