Project Consultant

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and is responsible for the successful preparation and presentation of project analyses, scopes of work, contracts and change orders, as well as the oversight of projects throughout the construction process, maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction.

Education and/or experience requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Proficiency in Chief Architect and Adobe Acrobat software (AutoCAD and/or 20/20 experience a plus).

   

• 3 - 5 years of successful sales experience with proven commissioned earnings in excess of $100,000 per year.

• 3 - 5 years of residential construction and/or remodeling experience (Equivalent residential design experience will be considered).

• In-depth knowledge of home design issues, construction methods and code regulations.

• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.

• Ability to prioritize a heavy workload in a multi-task environment.

• Team player and self-starter.

   

• NARI's Certified Remodeler designation or similar accreditation(s) a plus.
