Build Process

• During the Pre-Construction Meeting the project start date is determined

 

• Also, during the Pre-Construction Meeting, a Weekly Project Meeting date and time is agreed to.  During the course of construction the Client, PC and Superintendent will meet regularly (usually weekly) to discuss the project progress

 

• Usually just prior to the start date a port-a-pot and trash dumpster are placed on the site

 

• To protect the client's home and possessions, adequate Mask & Protect will be performed prior to demolition beginning

 

During the course of the project the Project Superintendent will keep the client(s) updated with scheduled construction activities, progress and expectations
